ORDER & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website or via email. Once you’ve selected the type of sign you need, we’ll guide you through the process of finalising your design and completing your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
You can make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the artwork has not been approved as if the artwork has been approved the production process has started.. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make adjustments.
Cancellation fees may apply if proofing or production has already started.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, and .JPG files. For best results, we recommend vector files. Contact us if you have a different file type.
Can I see a proof of my sign before it’s made?
Absolutely. We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins to ensure everything looks perfect.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
How long does it take to produce a sign?
Production times vary depending on the type and complexity of the sign. Generally, most signs take between 1-2 business days. We provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we offer rush services for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We offer several delivery options including standard shipping, express shipping, and local pick-up from our office.
